Dear BUV Member,

 

            The May meeting was held on the 8th as scheduled and called to order by President Pete Fullbeck.  Thanks to all who attended.   

           

            We hope that all of our members had a wonderful and safe summer.  It is now time for our club meetings to resume.  We certainly hope that all of our members can make it.  Feel free to bring a guest (potential new member).

 

            Thanks to Don Abel, Bruno Idselies, and Elmer Hambaugh for volunteering to be on the financial committee to verify our financial books for 2006.  All financial statements and books were found to be in order and were reported at the May meeting.

 

            As a reminder, DVDs of our 125th Anniversary are now available for purchase.  Cost is $6.  Please contact Randy Mueller if interested.

 

            Brother John Reiter has been placed on the sicklist.        

 

            We hope to see everyone at our upcoming meeting.  Our next meeting is scheduled for September 11th at the Donauschwaben Haus and will begin at 7:00 pm.
