Dear BUV Member,

            The May meeting was held on the 10^th as scheduled and called to order by President Fullbeck.  Thanks to all who attended.  Our next meeting is scheduled for September 13th.

            We hope and trust that all of our members have had a fun and safe summer and we look forward to seeing all of you in September.

            We were very pleased to have three guests attend our “Invite a New Member Day” during our last meeting.  Patrick Potter, Kenny Waterman and Dave Supe visited with us and we look forward to seeing them again at our upcoming meeting.

            We regret to inform you that on August 7^th, Brother Michael Konrad passed away.  Brother Konrad had been a passive member since 1988.  On August 8^th, Brother Martin Lohs passed away as well.  He was 94 years old and had been a member since 1938.  They will be missed.  We also have been informed that Brother Bruno Idselies has been admitted to the hospital.  Please keep Brother Idselies in your prayers as well as Brother Konrad’s and Lohs’ families as well.

            We hope to see many members at our September meeting.  The meeting will be held at the Donauschwaben Haus and begin at 7:00 pm.
