Dear BUV Member,

The September meeting was held on the 12^th as scheduled and called to order by President Fullbeck. Thanks to all who attended. Our next meeting is scheduled for October 10th.

The printing of the new Constitution was approved by the membership. Our Constitution has been revised and is now in English. If you would like to receive a copy, contact Randy Mueller.

Our Christmas Party for this year is beginning to take shape. Details will be forthcoming. It is scheduled for December 18^th.

Treasurer Mueller has asked all members pay their annual dues by December’s meeting for accounting reasons. Receiving the dues one month earlier will be appreciated. Dues can be paid at the meetings or be mailed to Treasurer Mueller at the address above.

The Donauschwaben’s Oktoberfest is scheduled for this upcoming weekend, October 6^th, 7^th and 8^th. If you wish to volunteer please contact Pete Fullbeck or stop by.

We hope to see everyone at our upcoming meeting. The meeting will be held at the Donauschwaben Haus and begin at 7:00 pm.
