Dear BUV Member,

The December meeting was held on the 14 th as scheduled and called to order by President Füllbeck. Thanks to all who attended and a special thanks to Brother Flynn for making the Glühwein. Our next meeting is scheduled for January 11th.

Our Constitution has been successfully translated into English. If you are interested in obtaining a copy please contact Treasurer Mueller.

In November, Treasurer Mueller suggested that we bring biersteins to the meetings from now on. Thanks to all who brought and shared their steins.

The December election has passed and I was elected to the position of Secretary. Thank you and I look forward to serving the society. All other Officers and their positions remain the same.

Our new website is now live. We are in need of pictures for the site. If you have memorabilia or old pictures from events such as dances, the International Folks Festival or the Oktoberfest, please bring them to the next meeting so that we may copy them and publish them on the site.

Our next Christmas party is scheduled for December 18 th , 2005. We have scheduled a spring dinner this year. It will be held on April 17 th at 2pm. The place is still to be determined.

We hope to see many members at our January meeting. The meeting will be held at the Donauschwaben Haus and begin at 7:00 pm.
