Dear BUV Member,

The November meeting was held on the 8^th as scheduled and called to order by President Fullbeck. Thanks to all who attended. It was great to see so many members at the meeting. We look forward to having even more members participate going forward. Our next meeting is scheduled for December 13th.

Our Constitution has been revised and approved effective 11/08/2005. The revised version supersedes the previous version. New books will be printed in English and distributed once completed. Thanks to the committee for their efforts.

The Christmas Party is fast approaching. Authentic German food will be served. Thank you to those who have committed to make this happen. The Christmas party is scheduled for December 18^th between 3pm and 7pm. Please keep in mind that doors will not open until 2:30pm. Thus far we have 28 adults and 15 children attending. Please report to the society by the December meeting if you plan to attend as we need an exact number for preparations. As always, the fee for guests is $10 each.

We wish to thank Brothers Bruno Idselies and Frank Bakes for their years of service as Trustees. They resigned at our last meeting. Brothers Darren Flynn and John Nimeskern were nominated as candidates. Trustee and Officer Elections will be held at our upcoming meeting.

It was reported that Brother Wolfgang Mueller was involved in an auto accident in which he sustained injuries. We wish him well and a speedy recovery.

We hope to see everyone at our November meeting. The meeting will be held at the Donauschwaben Haus and begin at 7:00 pm.
