Dear BUV Member,

The March meeting was held on the11^th as scheduled and called to order by President Fullbeck. Thanks to all who attended.

February’s meeting was cancelled due to inclement weather. Newsletters for February were not mailed.

Our Annual club dinner will be held at Lenhardt’s in Clifton on April 26^th at 3pm. Parking is available in the adjacent lot. Please rsvp by April’s meeting either in person or email Randy. My email address is listed above. If you’ve never been there, please visit their website at www.christysandlenhardts.com.

Our Maifest picnic has been cancelled for this year. A few clubs were interested in partnering with us, but not enough to support the function. Maybe we’ll be able to put something together in time for next year.

Treasurer Mueller explained, per our Constitution, that anyone wishing to receive sick benefits must contact him within one week of the incident in order to receive prompt benefits. Otherwise, benefits will begin being paid based on the reported date not the date of incident. If you have any questions, call Gottfried.

No one was reported on the sick list.

Our annual book examinations will be held prior to the upcoming meeting. Those members participating in this should arrive early at 6:30pm. Thanks.

We hope to see everyone at our upcoming meeting. Our next meeting is scheduled for April 8^th at the Donauschwaben Haus and will begin at 7:00 pm.
