Dear BUV Member,

The March meeting was held on the 14^th as scheduled and called to order by President Fullbeck. Thanks to all who attended. Our next meeting is scheduled for April 11th.

We have changed the date of our upcoming picnic to Sunday May 21^st so please keep that day open. All decisions will be finalized at our April meeting.

The GACL has reported that German Day 2006 will kick off Saturday June 10^th at Findlay Market and will continue on Sunday June 11^th at the Hofbrauhaus. They are also exploring opportunities to hold a one day event at Stricker’s Grove for the children. The family picnic day will be held on July 23^rd if there is support from the other clubs.

It was reported that Joe Schneider is doing much better. John Reiter has recently undergone an eye operation and is doing better. Don Able has suffered a broken collar bone from a fall and we wish him a speedy recovery.

We hope to see everyone at our April meeting. The meeting will be held at the Donauschwaben Haus and begin at 7:00 pm.
